How many times have parents, teachers, lawyers and judges looked at a teenager and said, “What were you thinking?” It's Your Choice reinvents the Choose-Your-Own-Adventure genre with an important twist—based on real-life events, the series encourages teens to think ahead and consider the potential consequences of their decisions. If we can help even a few teens find their way to leading successful, fulfilling lives, then we’ve done our job.
As former educators who’ve worked with thousands of middle and high school students, we have grieved over the bad choices that have landed some of our kids in unhealthy relationships, in handcuffs, and even in the ground. Mollie and Gloria developed It's Your Choice (website, manuscript and game) in the hopes of diverting future teens from unnecessary pain and leading them toward rewarding lives, where they reach their potential.
